Or if you have a lot of film to process buy a Wolverine 19 Mp stand alone scanner from Amazon for about $79. I took mine on a trip and scanned several hundred negatives when I wasn't driving. The down side is you have no control over the jpg compression and it's set rather high. At least I can catalog those images and rescan selected negatives at a higher resolution.
