Number 2 is out because the "real" sky is blown out and does not correspond to the reflection. Of the other two, I like the sunset one because it is a sunset, and is not shot straight on.
All three suffer a bit because the sky and reflection have different exposures; the sunset one the least. This could be fixed in PP I suppose.

No. 1 would be cool if you could get rid of the clouds in the real sky, but keep the reflection!

#3, even though the sky does not quite match the reflection, I like the straight on shot of the building with the lush lawn.

I see what you mean by the sky not the same as the reflection. wish I was good enough to fix it. I agree with you. Good points.
