Sumpter Valley Train & Gold Dredge

This is a local train that runs in the summer time up to the Town of Sumpter. Sumpter has a hugh Gold Dredge from the old mining days. It is now a state park, so you can walk around the dredge and take a train ride in the area. Great area for history of the old gold mining days, and great photographic potenial. Hope you enjoy.

The gold dredge is a strong image. The shot of the steam train is good, and it's YOURS, but it is not as unusual.

Anything with Steam trains (or any trains for that matter) and nostalgic/old equipment or history in general is always great in my book. :-)

I knew about the steam train. Didn't know about the dredge.
Look forward in seeing this in person.
I think that steam engine looks like an oil burner. Anyone know for sure?
