Problem with IE and UH website

Is anyone having this problem here and if you have did you find a solution? My computer has been doing this for a few weeks now and I cannot find a solution. It is a sporadic event.

This has been coming up on my PC for quite some time. All patches are up to date and I can't find a solution either. I just ignore it because I switched to using Chrome a long time ago. Firefox works well too.
