Welcome to Day 36 of our challenge. Today is all about Shadows. Shadows add facet and meaning to an image. They can emphasize emotions, create surreal images, and be used in a variety of ways.
Shadows create fascinating pictures on their own, and they also are beautiful when paired with their parent object.
The contrast between the image and its shadow makes an amazing photograph.
Here are a few examples to get us started ... I look forward to seeing what y'all come up with :)

Shot yesterday afternoon. Cedar fences, a thing of the past, and endangered species.

True it is early but I was looking atthat foot and I saw, in my twisted mind, a an albino seal with its head stuck somewhere but then I went backand saw a swollen foot. Talk about a quick re-incarnation!

I like your 2nd shot of the shadow on the patterned carpet JP!! You might have to decrease the amount of light hitting the sensor to increase the shadow of the lead window shot
