The weekly contests are listed in the middle of the 'Home' page, see link at top of this page to move to 'Home'. Inside each post is a link for sort by votes. I did notice the Labor of Love is missing the link for ratings. But, the other do have this link.

Ratings do not appear until voting is closed.

Click the link at the top of the page for "Home"
Then scroll down and you will find the "weekly" photo contests.
