You got a good look at it and now is the time to get another half dozen or so angles of this bird sitting and in flight. IF you have the patience, see what else this lovely raptor will offer you and post it. The rewards might be significant. Raptors have ways to please dedicated "watchers".

Thanks everyone. Canonshot....I wish I was closer to the farm to go and get more pictures, I said local but we were away for the weekend. About 2 hours from me! You are correct though, if I had the time, I would sit and wait! I am sure I could have shot some better angles. Thanks for the encouragement! Love the UHH!

Very nice juvenile Red-tailed Hawk.. Young birds are often much more approachable than adults.

I was wondering why he was so approachable! Just a juvenile! A great looking bird! I will keep trying....Next time maybe I will get his eyes!
