I am really confused as to how helpful this tape would be to anyone....

We have a tape, apparent Gunshots sounds on it... Time stamped (Digitally)....
PROOF that the Officer shot his guy... HOW SO..? And if Proof that he shot Michael Brown.... how does this help the "Prosecution"? or for that matter the "Defense"?

WE KNOW that the Officer shot Michael Brown... The body has 6 bullet wounds...... The tape has 10 shots (Apparently) The officer missed 4 times...... BIG DEAL....

My amazement is never been more challenged than by the stuff that has come out in this shooting. And even more is the level of my disgust at the Media's coverage. It is apparent (TO ME) that CNN especially, has done all it could to keep the OUTRAGE Going. Covering their BUTTS of course with statements like "we don't know for sure but this is what it looks like" Those kinds of statements are fine here on the HOGG... we know which side all are on and we expect that kind of rhetoric. BUT a NATIONAL NEWS OUTLET..... NO!

The news is big news for CNN, which subjected itself to some doubts about the integrity of the recording. It surfaced the tape on Monday night without having authenticated it. Haas confirms that, even though the service has verified the creation of the tape, that doesnt mean that the sounds in the background are conclusively those of the Brown shooting.
