When I was a kid, I noticed how people in other countries made a great public display of religion, and I was glad that the USA, religion was private. Now it seems that actors, politicians, and entertainers feel a need to go on TV and talk about their personal relationship with Jesus. I wouldn't want my friends and relatives going on TV talking about their relationship with me.

Not sure if he agreed to do the interview for the purpose of talking about his faith. Maybe it was just the interviewer grilling him on it. :)
