Metamorphosis

I went to change out some leaves today in the Hickory Horned Devil container & the one is going thru a metamorphosis. Changing it's color in the process... My Grapeleaf Skeletonizer caterpillars are pupating now... Here is what they looked like as caterpillars & what they look like now...

I assume that your Hickory Horned Devil caterpillar darkened after molting old instar skin. Please post new photos.
