and some folks wonder why we complain about the state of education in this country. when i was that old we had 8 hours of reading, writing, and arithmatic. no 2 week breaks, several times a year, to rest our poor overworked gourds.

It's sad when these are the people teaching our children. Liberal idiots are the majority as far as teachers in the government school system. And the cycle will continue. The government school system is pretty much a disaster. Now members like T-mouth and Pnagy will come forward defending the government school system. Bring it on! :thumbup: :thumbup:

They still have book stores? When I look around no one is reading, texting or playing with a laptop but not reading. There is wisdom in the use of figures like for rest rooms and such as our youth along with future demoncrap voters can not read worth squat. Even my great grandkids can barely read now that we are in the electronic age of stupidity. Liberal Common Core leaders and Microsoft are making soo much cash from this educational process it will be extremely difficult to correct such a program. Just one of many liberals have instilled on the American society. Now for my senility part, where did I put that new box of ammo again?
