Welcome to Day 31 .... Unbelievable ! We made it a month ... and it's been really great ... lot's of fun ... lot's of learning ... lot's of practice... and a ton of awesome photos. Everybody should be feeling pretty good about their improvement and their photos.. I know I'm proud of all of you... and myself !

So pick a subject ... any subject from what we have accomplished this month ... Go out there and capture something new about that subject.
This ought to be a fun day. I look forward to seeing the photos y'all post

We need to stop and smell the flowers.
And enjoy the beauty around us.
How poetic you are photogrl!! Is that sundial in your garden?? Its really cool I always wanted one...I just think they are neat somehow. Nice concept for todays challenge it will be fun Ill have to give it some thought. Thanks again for doing this thread and all these challenges it's been wonderful!!

I used a piece of black velvet to take away some of the "noise".
Local places to kick back and enjoy the day.

Kicking back also means getting down 'n dirty now and then and fishing is a noble place to do it
Local beauty brought you through my image captor while pedaling Bellechasse Co. last October.
We have easily, hundreds and hundreds of bike trails here in Québec. This one trail is 48 miles long.

PHOTOGIRL57...were you a teacher in your last life? just wondering....good wrapping up the month idea and what is that red flower in the middle. great shot...NOW I HAVE A CHALLENGE FOR YOU...how about something with NO PP....that you can be satisfied with....ok...maybe a little light and contrast if necessary but not so much that we can tell....c'mon..you can do it.
TEA TIME came out great ANNE
RoadR..you are too funny...Wine in almost every shot and now I know how you got those muscular gams....cycling!

Nan....I have bicycled from here to Stratford, CT three times. each time by a different route, once even crossed over to Long Island from New London to Orient Pt., to Port Jefferson and over to Bridgeport. We had a tent, sleeping bags, mess kits etc and I really would have loved to have had my Canon with me. (We'd probably still be on the road). Check my website for other bike rides
Around the house...evidently not this morning's shots
I learned how to take a picture like this. All you have to do is lay on the ground and act like nut. second one is long exposure, with a ND filter 30 seconds at F 22
