Yeah, he's still alive. He hassled the eagles for weeks. He came close to dying a few times though.
I saw him riding the eagles back and pecking at him as the eagle tried to get away. The shots were too poor to post.
The Redwings are fearless when they're protecting nests. They're constantly after crows here. Good shots, DrWilk.
