I have a canon sl1 and trying to shoot in HDR
set to scene and went to HDR and can't change the ap
or the shutter speed etc. anyone please help

Chuck, I'm not familiar with your camera, but why are you trying to shoot HDR in 'Scene" mode? I suggest that you put your camera on M (Manual) & your aperture on F8. Leave the aperture the same for all shots (so that you don't change the depth of field). The camera's own light meter will tell you the correct shutter speed for a normal exposure. Make a note of this shutter speed & change your shutter speed in both directions for the rest of the shots. :-)
