Day Lily?

I thought in years past when these bloomed they were day lilies, different color this year. just got a 24mm yesterday, so probably not the best choice for the pix

Lovely and it does resemble a daylily although I haven't seen them in that color before.

What gorgeous colors; maybe they just got tired of being the ordinary yellow/orange color.

I don't know the technical name, but around here they're called suprise lilies. Their greenery comes up, then it dies back, and later the stalk comes up with the blooms.
