I took a photo of Hershey Park a while ago and thought it would make a challenging jigsaw puzzle. With the help of Google I found a number of online companies that will make jigsaw puzzles from your photo. I chose

simply because they had the options I wanted. the price was high, about $40 including shipping but still... I got a 250 piece puzzle about 11" X 14".
The quality is very good of the pieces, cutting, cardboard, etc. is very good.
The completed puzzle is below. Yes, this is to be a gift for someone that likes Hershey Park.

Looks like your end result will be a great gift. I looked into some options to create puzzles of photos handled on the PC, but those costs weren't cheap, either. But yes, your photo puzzle should be a great challenge.
