Michaele, you may want to turn off your Caps Lock button - mixed text is so much easier to read.

I am not familiar with your camera, but I doubt that anyone can give you much advice without knowing how you want to customize your camera.
I did have a look at the camera's manual and on pages 21-25 is and extensive list of what you find in the menu.
If you pick something from the menu that catches your interest, go to the index (starting on page 208) and find the item there.
For example, the first item under Shoot Mode, is Intelligent Auto (page 21). In the Index, Intelligent Auto refers to page 60, and indeed on that page there is a bit more information.

In the end, you are the only one that can customize your camera to your needs, some settings can probably be set permanently, others will have to be changed according to "current needs."

Oh, if you Google with the exact title of this thread, you will find some more information as well.

Happy "playing" !!!

As your question suggests, there is too much to answer in general in a forum discussion. It is a highly sophisticated machine. If there is some specific thing you want to do and can't someone can help with that.

See page 22 of the Operations manual.
