Challenge July 24-26 2014 - Capturing Landscapes with Character

It's time for another challenge and I am not prepared. Sadly my Mother was not doing well the past three weeks and passed on Sunday. I did not have the opportunity to shoot like I would have liked for this challenge; and I do not know if I will be on much throughout this challenge to make comments so am looking for all of you to assist if you will. When I have a chance to get back on I will be looking forward to looking at your great landscapes. I have seen many of you post some terrific landscapes so know this will be fun.

Garden of the Gods ... I took some time and find this and
thought how much attention was paid on first view and I
try to view but find it's the brain that skipped over this one
my guess is that at first glance it was too complex to study
that's what got my attention when things slowed down ...
just an observation or observing. Bill
