Cloak of Invisibality

With the Number large and increasing of the drivers who do not see me coming just 3 car lengths away and pull out in front of me causing small heart attacks, sphincter muscle retractions and loud vocal profanity as well as tire and brake lining life reduction - I apologize. I have read the owners Manuel over twice, searched on line and called the dealer, and can NOT find the switch to turn off the "Cloak of Invisibility" any help would be life saving.
A vision test - Hearing test - Driving ability test, but no IQ min level is required for a drivers license -- go figure. Universal?

Also check the vision option for the tail-gater that needs to be so close to my bumper I know he/she can't see my license plate or my bumper stick that says " Vietnam Veteran " - " Ex Postal Worker " - "Scary Huh ?"

You saw my youngest daughter?
Got into the Ford Explorer with the grand-kids, she was driving demanded that every one buckle up before starting engine, we entered the freeway and accelerated to 80mph (Posted limit on this stretch of I-20 in DFW was 45 and signs passed 3 before I could read construction zone) pulled up behind car proceeding legally - I was unaware that Ford had a lane side skipping option - also Ford has been installing 90 degree directional change devise that is not affected by normal deceleration requirements. Never was so glad to arrive at Wal-Mart, after visiting the Head, I purchased Blue Jeans and Jockey shorts, revisited head. Later my grand children who I would do anything for begged me not to walk the 8 blocks back to the house, said I would have to go thru a rough neighborhood. I enjoyed the walk even if my legs were still wobbling.

And I thought California drivers were the craziest....

In June my wife and I and another couple rode our Harleys from northern California to Key West Florida. In 24 days we racked up 7,613 miles and passed through 14 different states. We experienced high heat and strong winds. We were hammered with monsoon force rains several times with the worst being in Louisiana and Arkansas (cars pulled off the road because of lack of vision).

But the only days I worried for my life was any warm sunny day while riding in Florida. They are hands down the crappiest drivers in the nation!

I would have never guessed that after nine days in the state I would be so glad to see the "Welcome to Alabama" sign.

According to internet "Houston " just received the most discourteous driving city.
I have driven in Chicago - New York - Atlanta - San Fransisco - L.A. - Dallas and I concur.
Your trip would be worth the risk. :) :)

Are you a motorcyclist? They are the most invisible. There are a few knottheads that give the majority of cyclists a bad rap. But most of them are respectful riders that still take their lives in their hands every time they are on the highways.

True. Good luck out there. Just watch out and be vigilant for the crazies.
