Sounds like a good start. I am a bit disappointed the list isn't longer. Given the state of the world, I am glad the military is not on the list.

Good start, probably could add and revise some but a good start, that's a good idea, spend less not tax more, get rid of leeches.

It's what is known as a budget. Something that Democrats want nothing to do with since it would stop the never ending spending.

Actually, what I was questioning was this:

Exchange Programs for Alaska Natives, Native Hawaiians, and Their Historical Trading Partners in Massachusetts

What the OP left out was the word whaling. Which funded:

Funds were provided for certain entities in Massachusetts, Alaska, and Hawaii as follows: $2 million each for (1) the New Bedford Whaling Museum in partnership with the New Bedford Oceanarium in Massachusetts and (2) the North Slope Borough in Alaska; not less than $1 million each for the New Trade Winds Project to (1) the Alaska Native Heritage Center, (2) the Bishop Museum in Hawaii, and (3) the Peabody Essex Museum in Massachusetts; and not less than $1 million each for the same three entities for internship and apprenticeship programs

1- a few should be kept.
2- most should go.
3- many supported by Ryan's cohorts should be added.
4- many not on the list should be beefed up.
5- sadly many on his list, we have never heard of.
