I like the third photo. Looks like he's doing a swan dive into the flower. The first too have questionable composure. The main subject appears dead center in the frame.

The last one is the best, a nice use of the rule of thirds, the others are centered and that doesn't draw me to the subject. Other than that, they are good shots. The DoF is great, they are sharp and well focused. I like hummingbirds, they make great subjects.

I also like the third image the best. I have attached a couple of cropped versions of the first two so you can have an idea of what they would look like.
Thank you I thing I see they look alot better now... that was really helpful. I will post a coulple more soon to see if I really got it or not.

It appears that you are capturing your images at a feeder so you might try pre-focusing on the place the birds come to and then all you have to do is shoot. (I would focus on a bird in the high traffic area and then set my lens in manual)
You are getting consistent results so you might try stopping the wings in flight by increasing your shutter speed. I would try opening the lens up and see what happens. (i.e. if you are taking photographs at f/11.0 try f/8.0 it will let in more light, increasing your shutter speed, but you will decrease your depth of field. Another alternative is to increase your ISO and then use software to remove any extra noise that you may get in the image.
Hummingbirds are excellent subjects that provide very rewarding images.
Thank you all so much, I am new at this and need all the help I can get.. :)

Penny all of you photos are great. I'm working on those too. I like the birds feeding in their natural habitat more than at a feeder although I have a lot there.
The only thing I would suggest is move your name out from over the bird and place it higher or lower on the photo. Even though the name is real light I think if you move it you will like it better. I think you would be able to see the details a lot better.
