Can anyone tell me what the deal with Topaz Labs is? They have no phone number to talk to a representative. All their E-mails are automated? The want you to have an account with them to buy their product. If you ask me customer service there leaves a lot to be desired.

If you don't like the process to purchase directly from Topaz, their products are also available on Amazon, B&H Photo/Video and a number of other retail outlets.

Their customer service is fabulous once you find the contact page on their WEB site. Unfortunately that is a bit of a challenge.

Nice to know, but why are they making it a challenge? You would think they would make it easy if they are selling a product.

They're a relatively small outfit. I haven't needed to ask for help, but you'll find stories here on UHH where people report very quick responses. Just open a 'ticket' from the link above to get the process started.

I contacted them to change my account email address and received a "real" reply the day after the automated. Rep took care of it within 24 hours of then.

Interesting--I've never had a problem either buying a product or getting help. But maybe I just got lucky.
