This is a cute shot!! but the doves body is blown out , there is no detail in the feathers on the right side of the body, given there is quite an wide range in the lighting from light to dark, and Im taking a wild guess that your camera was on auto exposure, probably a 2/3 stop less would have helped a lot.

Thanks for stopping by Manglesphoto, you are correct on camera setting it was EXR which gives me an auto exposure. Working on getting that under control. Thanks again. :-D

Very nice shot. The mourning doves which visit the garden come in and out so quickly that I have not gotten a decent shot of them9 too slow on the trigger).
