Facebook hosts "kill her" pages complete with death threats

Although FB censored the young hunter's page, it allows several pages urging that the young girl be murdered, and continues to host the death threat pages after numerous members have reported and complained about the threat pages. It is against FB's TOS and rules to publish suggestions of murder or to make such threats, but apparently FB is under orders from PETA or such and now ignores its own rules.

My understanding is that death threats such as FB is hosting and facilitating are illegal as cyber-stalking and other crimes. Interestingly, the Supreme Court is going to address this topic:
