Look what is under my deck?

Was out picking some weeds, got 10 feet or so from my deck and this is what I saw. I think she is a robin. Is that an unusual place for a nest? It is about 5 feet off the ground at that point and on main beam.

No cat here and they've built so many homes the coyotes have moved on. I can not get up to see in nest.

Thanks for looking,

All spring I have this dumb robin trying make a nest on top of my garage door opener INSIDE my garage. I don't remember how many times I disposed of nest materials.

Hmm seems like there are some real bird lovers here...haha..

Regis, it looks like it might be a robin, but the bill seems to be too long and sharp... I am attaching a picture of an American Robin which should be the type to be in Tennessee..... BUT it looks very much like one..

Finding Nests in almost ANY place is not difficult,,,, if they are familiar and comfortable with humans, they put nests in strange places around the house..

Well, I tried to get too close and she flew out giving me a chance for better shot.

That still looks like too long of a beak but??

Same bird that is subjeck on the nest.
