Please help me figure out what kind of bird this is!

Does anyone have any idea what kind of bird this is? A friend and I were walking down the sidewalk of Lake Shore Drive in Chicago and about five feet from us in a bush was this bird. I have tried looking online and in my bird books and I have not been able to figure out what kind of bird it is. It looks like it might be a baby bird. It never moved and was not afraid that we were so close to it. I sure hope somebody knows what kind of bird it is.

It does look like a baby. The beak reminds me of a mocking bird, but I have no idea either. :?:

Very nice capture....looks like some sort of wren, perhaps a juvie....
