More Leafhoppers and a fly with a change in flash and iso

After reading that cutting power to the flash shortens duration which would help keep my shaking in check, I upped the iso to 400 and lowered the flash power to 50%. Still would like to get the flash off camera, but I want to see if I can get some good eye shots every session. Tonight was good, but I need more practice, practice, practice!

Focus looks good Kervin. 2nd and 3rd shot are nicely done good illumination, color, and composition. If you look closely at the background you will see the effects of ISO 400, noise grain. Once you get the flash off camera and go back to shooting ISO 200 this should subside.
