Please tell us about this photo.
What camera, lens, illumination source, ISO, shutter duration, aperture?
What is width of spider, right foot to left foot?

This appears to be a Goldenrod Crab spider (aka Flower spider).

Canon 6D at ISO 200, with EF 100mm f/2.8L Macro IS USM, 1/25-sec at f/22, Direct Sunlight only.

Excellent camera & lens. Your 6D sensor is 35.8mm x 23.9mm (Full-Frame). 3/4-inch spider = 19-mm. A true macro-photograph of this spider would fill half the width and 3/4 the height of sensor. As you can see, your spider fills a much smaller sensor space, which means your camera is too far from subject (spider) to capture a true macro.

Your lens will capture macro ONLY at Minimum Focusing Distance (MFD). Set your lens to Manual focus, turn focusing collar to MFD, and move camera/lens towards subject until you see focus in the viewfinder = approximately 6.3-inches Working Distance (lens front element to subject).

In full sun at ISO 200, your best exposure will be at or near 1/200 at f/16. For hand-held photography, your shutter duration should always be shorter than lens focal length.
