1300 years old Arabic architecture.

This monument is a tomb of an unknown Arab soldier when they entered in Iran 1300 years ego. The location of the tomb is Hamedan.The plaster cuttings on the building was a state of the art, but ruined during the course of the years.

Very nice photo of some ancient architecture... those ancient buildings are not just buildings... they are art...

Arab architecture from the past never ceases to amaze me. The more I see the more I want to see. The Alhambra Palace in Granada, including the gardens, is fantastic - but when I look at Farrokh's pic, and consider just how old is that tomb, I think what ever happened to that gifted civilisation. Emerging civilisations never do older civilisations any good. Such a pity.

Really thanks for your comment. History is like a big chain. Each bit of it made by different group of people through the course of time.There for history is people's move and belongs to all mankind.

It may be deteriorating, but it is still quite beautiful. One can imagine the statement it made when first constructed.
