Both nice b&w's. I might try the first shot just a little lighter, not much though. I'm always a bit reluctant to suggest that kind of thing tho because black and white is so much about individual interpretation and taste, and it's always more of an abstraction of reality than color, and the preferred degree of abstraction is so subjective!
