Flash upgrade advice

I currently have a SB28 and I was offer two flashes today. A SB800 for $250 and a SB600 for $170. I'm still in a middle of getting a setup that works for me, so I'm not sure what would be the best choice. I think the biggest change will be faster recycle times since I might be able to use 25% power rather than 100%. Which one seems like a better deal?
