I was hesitant about posting pics because I thought I am not as good as the people on the HH.But have been thinking about it and decided that I take pics because I enjoy doing it. And everybody is different and so they like different things. If we were all the same it probably be boring ;)

I think they are awesome. :)...Good clarity and detail . And, that's how you learn ! Keep posting.

No one (even the best on this site) was born an expert photographer. We all gotta start somewhere. This is an excellent site to learn or just post for fun. By the way, the flower with the bee is very nice. If we all liked the same things there wouldn't be enough to go around anyway. :wink:

These are lovely! I'm so glad you decided to take the plunge :) This forum has all levels of experience, which is much of the fun of it. Photography is a joyous hobby, and there is room for everyone!

#1 is my favorite - the soft focus and the pastel colors are beautiful and serene.

I also like #4 very much. The composition and the contrast of colors and textures are all pleasing and interesting.

Terrific! Glad you decided to share your photos with us. I remember when I first put my photos out there and was so nervous. I soon found out how supportive most everyone is which led to putting a few more out there and so on. Keep up the good work.

that first post can feel intimidating. You just don't have a clue what others' may think or if anyone will even look. Its nice to have your work validated. Its also a good place for encouragement, instruction, ideas, critiques and opinions from a lot of very nice and very talented people who are willing to share. I like "yellow flower on the pavement", a nice artistic touch or a story of a dropped bouquet.
