A few from today with speedlight and diffuser and some from late tonight by the back door with camera flash.
Exposure of image #1 is tricky because of the white wall. Well done. Image appears a tad fore-focused, and it is posted upside-down.
Which speedlight? It did not register with camera as 'fired'.

Image #5 looks quite similar to a "Mayfly".
Image #6 looks like a Painted Lady butterfly.
Thanks Douglass, I was going to work on identities tomorrow as it is 1.45 at night here now.
It is not easy is it, manipulating camera and speedlight in tight spaces and close up? Insects fidget and pupae hide themselves away in awkward places. What a challenge.

These show a big improvement to be sure. The new SL/diffuser seems to be serving you well.

This one was on my back door last thing at night. The first I think I have seen close up.
