Best is a rediculously non-descript term. You can spend anywhere from $59 to $8000 on a printer, any of which might be "best" for that application. Quality and size requirements make a major difference too. The cost of ink is a MAJOR concern, as is how MUCH ink is in that little cartridge and how many prints will it yield. You will get lots of brand recommendations, primarily from those that have THAT brand, not because they compared products, but because it is what they spent their money on or bought off anothers recommendation.
Best recommendation is go to a Staples or Office Depot or Best Buy store and compare side by side. Check cartridge size and price. Find what you can afford that will do the job you need to do and don't let others with limited knowledge lead you down a primrose path to something you might not want or be able to afford. Inkjets need to be used REGULARLY or that $4000 a gallon ink will just dry out and have to be thrown out.
Good luck!
