Riding Out on the South Downs

We have a few Racing Stables in and around the South Downs and the horses can often be seen working out on the Downs.
These two had been galloping a mile or so away and on returning they walked passed me while cooling down, and it just work well for a good photo opportunity with them being on the edge of the hillside and the valley stretching out below.

Thanks a lot clh3RD, It is as you say a picture of England, and the light on the South Downs is usually very good due to the close proximity to the sea.

Thanks a lot Sylvia, Yours shots yesterday were great, especially the Shetland, --It was my daughters first horse when she was 2 so I have a soft spot for them, but I do concede these are probably worth a bit more?

The lottery people have pulled the slots from the tracks, and the racers were losing money. Darn politics, eh? :(
