Abstract and Contemporary

Many of you are very talented in postprocessing pictures and turning them into abstract or contemporary images that have great appeal to many. Admittedly I am a traditionalist, as most of you have noticed by my extensive use of the Black and White media. However, I do not consider myself a snob, though it is not my way of doing photography I find keeping an open mind has given me the opportunity to view many a wonderful image without being judgemental to the content or process. Over the past few years I have seen many great works from William and Creative Simmon as well as Rufe’s wonderful HDR work. There are many more of you out there that have just touched the surface of your abilities and now is your time to shine. This challenge is for everyone to show off their best abstract and/or contemporary work. Again since I am a traditionalist I will submit a few simple images and leave the rest to those who have a greater talent than my own in this area of photography. In the mean time you are invited to look up the work of Patricia Sweeney, Taylor Franta, and Udo Dittman. These are just three of many that create inspiring abstracts.

Very nice Clicker. The first I would classify as contemporary and then you moved it into abstract. Can't wait to see what else you come up with.
