Hi,

Is there a resource out there that anyone can recommend to get to grips with the speed lights, especially in manual mode?

Been having some fun playing around with manual flash but at total loss as to what I am really doing . Don’t understand guide numbers, setting exposure etc. The Nikon manual does not seem to help much although it is supposed to be in English.

Help !

.

Started looking at the 101 last night , brilliant , so clear and simple. Great . Must call you one day and say thanks personally . Do you ever get over to the London ?

Oh I wish!

London is on my "one day" bucket list of places to visit.

You can call any time if you have any questions; just PM me for number; I'm in the eastern US time zone.

Hi,

Will PM later today/tomorrow . Come to London , we need your dollars. I lot of Americans have a shock when they visit, its very expensive and not particularly tourist friendly . The underground is brilliant in London if a tad dirty, smelly and congested but trying to book an overland rail fare and ticket is a nightmare, us natives cant do it. I can really understand why people want to come to London but not why they come back time and time again!
