Great shots all, #3 is superb!

And the Appaloosa ('Appy') in #1 is gorgeous ... love that combination of colors. Used to have an Appaloosa/Percheron (draft horse) cross - white with both black and brown spots (rare) - just a big old sweetie. They're all such gorgeous animals (IMO of course :) ).

Getting ready for the sidesaddle class. One has to wonder how women put off riding astride for so long. You've gotten some wonderful shots here - love them all.

Yes, I wonder why they rode sidesaddle for so long...

All are very good but No.2 is my favourite.
You can almost feel the relationship between the horse and the person gently fitting the bridle.

Sidesaddle? Women didn't always wear pants, you know. Try riding astride in a hoop skirt!
