Thanks hamtrack. With the wind coming from the east it's like standing in front of large air conditioner.

OK, I'll stop whining about cool and raining. At least our ice is gone. :-D

I spent some time on Superior with a friend whose grandfather commercial fisherman, owned and used as a staging island called Oak and was part of the now National Park outside of Bayfield WS. I learned very early to respect the lake in every way, especially as to weather.

Sunny and mid 80s here along the SC coast all weekend and the ocean temp is 74. Perfect beach weather. :)

Our weather has been good, 70-80 away from the lake and mid 50's along the shore. Wind just keeps sending ice in.

Would you like some ice to cool you off?

I've got a solution. Let's add your temperature with mine, then divide by 2. That should be about right for both of us.

You know Duluth dose not have tornadoes, I think. Omaha on the other hand does have on occasion. We had to go to our basement shelter about a week ago. Fortunately it only hit a couple of small towns and no one was killed. The worst damage we had was trying to get the Golden Retriever and the Labrador Retriever down and then up. My father said "you can always put on more clothes" in places like Duluth, but getting them ripped off by tornadoes can be fatal.
