It is time for Free Sunday where we invite all comers to show their weeks photography or any photo you are compelled to share with us. To paraphrase my drill sergeant, If you got em show em.

Love the beach and love this series. Also like Free Sundays!
And speaking of beaches and coastlines...Portland Palooza 2015 is shaping up. Dates are September 22-27, 2015 We've secured a block of rooms in a hotel which offers a huge hot and cold breakfast, free calls to anywhere in US or Canada, washer and dryer (for those on the road), outdoor grilling etc. and only about 10 minutes from all the Maine attractions. Hunt camera and video may also be doing something with/for our group.
So far 24 UHHers have indicated interest and as of now, 7 are making plans to attend. Looking forward to hearing of others joining the fun.
There is no cost for this event. Your costs will be for the hotel (Comfort Inn) meals and other fees for parks etc. will be clearly spelled out so folks know what to expect.
Next newsletter will be out in June. If you are at all interested in the possibility of joining "Photopalooza Portland, Maine" PM Richard or me with your name and email address and you'll receive more detailed up dates.
From the Mountains of Colorado (our first get together - this is Rivernan and catgirl)
To the Maine Coast
UHH swept through Denver (this is Denver Museum of Art)
And next, we'll be "trapped" in Maine. Come on along!

I always love your black and whites... You make the beach look wonderful
I'll be gone tomorrow being a big kid again going through a theme park called "Story Land" with our grandsons and their parents. So here are a few from me a little early. The softness of dandelions and their fuzz.

Went to Emma's track meet today... She won the 1500.. Ran it in 6:26... She is 8......
This is first and second on the 3rd lap. The girl behind her is older and paced her the whole time, thinking she could pick it up and pass her on the last lap
She didn't count on Emma picking it up on the last lap too... This is how much she beat her by...
Getting ready
Also went to the Farmer's Market in Portland. Hadn't been there before.
Loved this woman...
Lots of beautiful looking produce.
And my favorite family group from a photo shoot I did Sunday evening. (Not as pale as they look here!)

Emma is going to be a track star as she gets older. Any chance for the Olympics.

I used my 70-200... Couldn't really get out there. They made us stay in the stands so I had to crop. Wanted to get them heading into the finish line but there was a tall fence in the way.....
