I have been reading along for the past few weeks and most of the time I feel like I'm reading a foreign language; but every once in a while something clicks. I like to "play with pictures" as my husband calls it. I first started 5 years ago by manipulating some pictures of my two oldest grandchildren and a grand-nephew to make "Angel" pictures for Christmas...and the rest is history. I've attached those "firsts" and look forward to sharing more as time goes by. I also look forward to learning from all of you.

Great shots...welcome to the forum. I too do this mostly because of grandkids. Theymake it so much fun.
Adorable pictures, but then it always helps to have a good subject to shoot and you certainly do. Your grandkids are beautiful. Welcome to UHH and keep sharing your pictures.

Welcome to the UHH. Great place to learn. Grandkids is the high light of my life.
Welcome to the forum - no grand kids here yet - my kids are late bloomers :) Nice work on pictures.
What did you use for lighting and the backdrop?
Thank you everyone for the kind words. Having grandkids is like having my very own dolls to dress up and play with!
Seaside7 you will laugh at my background...it was a blue sheet that I pinned fiber filling to and then used the "smudge" button on my photo editing program. The lighting was probably just the sun shining in the window..no frills here.
