Who on this forum has ever heard of the CICA?
It stands for the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-building Measures in Asia (CICA),
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conference_on_Interaction_and_Confidence-Building_Measures_in_Asia The most recent conference took place in Shanghai last Tuesday and Wednesday (20th and 21st May 2014).
This conference, which was first proposed in1992, has become increasingly important in Asia, and this year, reached a point where in my opinion, it has started to outline the new world order for the 21st Century.
A proposed alliance of China, Russia, Iran, Afghanistan, India and Pakistan, deliberately excludes the West, Japan, and the Philippines.
The common goal of this Alliance is to reduce to zero the influence of the USA and Allies in the Asian region.
Last Thursday evening (Australian Time) I watched a program called Dialogue that went to air on official Chinese TV, (CCTV/English channel).
I found it on line, and think it is well worth watching:

This is how Fox reported the conference:

Constructive comments welcomed.
