When you have a Congress that blocks every attempt at any progress (do you know they cut $221 million in funding for the VA in the last budget?) what alternative is there other than constitutionally allowed executive actions?
Your God Head George W Bush did it. Bill Clinton did it. Herbert Walker Bush did it?
What is the difference now?

The difference is a Senate majority leader who won't even bring Congressional legislation up for a vote. As usual, what liberals say is exactly the opposite of reality...Reid is single-handedly the Party of No.
The constitution does not allow executive actions that usurp the roles of congress. Just because the president doesn't think the congress is acting fast enough or without gridlock is not a justification for his tyrannical, unilateral actions. He is not abiding by the oath he took.
And to answer the OP, Yes, I have had enough!!!

Why does he 'deserve' respect?? Many would argue that respect must be earned.
I respect the office of the President, I do not respect the man in it right now, As was said before respect has to be earned.
