Hi from a non-Nikon user

Hi all,
After looking over a few discussions posted on this sight I'm almost afraid to admit to not owning a Nikon. However I am very new to this DSLR game, I stumbled onto a good buy on a Canon T2i and jumped on it. Who knows what tomorrow will bring? Everyone here seems open, friendly and eager to help those of us who want to learn. I look forward to testing your patience.

Welcome aboard. There are many users of Canon, Sony, Panasonic, Yashica, and I think that we even have a Nikon user (maybe two) and many others. So fire away with the questions and with your camera and post some pictures.

I'm also new to Ugly Hedgehog! You're not the only non-Nikon user; I shoot with an old Canon Digital Rebel XT I've had for >5 years. Welcome!

Hello, it doesn't matter the camera brand you have. Charles Lewis said, "Cameras don't take pictures, people do" I use a Fuji Finepix F-20 most of the time.

Welcome Mel from a Canon and a Sony user (have other cameras that are basically obsolete or should say they are not in demand any more i.e. large format/long film roll. Not many using those now. :thumbdown: ) I've seen great pictures from all sorts of cameras so have fun. Repeat after me...Canon is Good! :lol:
