Out of Bounds

It's pretty obvious when I've not been able to get 'out & about'.... (Lots of rainy, chilly weather lately). At times like this I begin digging into my old photos. I had fun creating this photo in PS Elements 10. They call the process, "Out of Bounds". Many possibilities.

That is a great use of the effect!
Since acquiring PSE 12 this winter, and now a couple of Topaz modules, I will never worry about what to do on bad-weather days again :)
