Is there a reason I can't upload video's I take on my Canon SX50. I have tried a number of time. Am I not doing it right. Suggestions please. Thanks in advance.

Maybe the size of them is restricted by FB rules.

Upload them to UTube and then link to them on UHH.

Facebook prefers mp4 files

How long is your video?
What format?
What is your upload speed?

The Video is only about 1 minute long.
Not sure what format it is, it does say properties 036.MOV: what ever that means.
It is 200.1MB

I may just have to upload it to youtube and send the link over to facebook.

The default movie file type for the SX50 is .mov. You will need to convert the file to MP4 then upload. You will a converter program which you can find free. I use Converter Lite. Google it and then download.

For Windows users, the Window Movie Maker will do the conversion also.

It's always better to do the YouTube first, direct to Facebook ends up with poor video.
