Thats exactly what it is. I've seen this video several times as parts of articles on food safety and it's definitely the makings of hot dogs.

It's just a video to show what's inside a hot dog. It's not meant to show the hot dog being mad, just what's in it.

What's amazing is that for me, even after seeing that, I still love my Hebrew National quarter pound dogs with mustard, relish and sauerkraut. Nothing short of live crawly things in it would make me stop eating them.

Definitely not. I worked in a factory that made hot dogs one summer as a kid. A hot dog machine is definitely more disgusting than that.
