I shot engagement photos of a couple. Shot about 200 or so with about 75 keepers. One of them has multiple scares and blemishes and I spent a good bit of time using the spot healing tool. Does anyone know of a short cut to process faster for this type of problem? I'll be shooting their wedding to.

Yes most want their blemishes taken out. No one wants a big zit in their engagement and wedding pics.

try topz denoise. great for removing noise

Also Topaz has some other tools for smoothing skin. Those might help.
