After waiting for some weeks for the backordered OM10 to arrive it did and worked well for a few shots then the shots became terribly over exposed and the view finder also showed it before the shot taken . No comparison with the Pen EP 5 which I own Called Oly customer service and was told to return it. I wonder about quality control ( these are built in China)

I have the EM5 and EM1 and have had no problems with QC. From time to time I do read about someone who got hold of a camera that's a lemon. That seems about equally distributed across manufacturers. Hopefully they'll get it back to you quickly and the issue will be resolved properly. My experiences with Oly service have been good but pricey (the problems were my fault so I guess that's fair.)

I've had several Olys, currently and EM-1 and an EP-5 and if anything, quality control is one of their earmarks... sorry to hear of your bad experience. Return them immediately for fresh units!

Well I had a bad EM-5, then a brand new grip that wouldn't work. Just remember their only repair service is in Texas.
