Angler - Great macros - I have yet to capture something quite this good although I do like some of my flowers. Did you use a tripod? DOF is pretty good so I imagine it wasn't a wide open aperture. What lens/camera, if you don't mind me asking.

Thanks for looking Dughole I appreciate it.I used my Sony a77 coupled with my Tamron 90mm macro lens and the settings where as follows.
F/stop f/8
Exposure 1/640s
ISO 200
All shots where hand held.
Hope this helps

Impressive shots, Angler. I love the first one--just an explosion of yellow on the right, but balanced by the green background and the insect on the left. Nice work!
